The NSA Fund provides grants and capacity building services to Non-State actors (NSA) to scale up effective and comprehensive free movement and migrant assistance services, as well as to reinforce the cross-border cooperation.
The Fund was established to provide a coordinated support to NSAs and Local Authorities (LA) in West Africa, in line with the ECOWAS Common Approach of migration, the Vision 20-20 and the Draft Action Plan on Gender and Migration (2015-2020).
The FMM West Africa is calling proposals for the non-state actors fund 2015. The Non-State Actors Fund seeks to strengthen the capacities of NSAs and local public authorities to promote and protect the rights of migrants and to develop networks and cross-border cooperation projects.
The project ‘Support to Free Movement of Persons and Migration in West Africa (FMM West Africa) aims to boost the development potential of free movement and migration in West Africa.
The Fund will provide to the selected applicants capacity building activities in project development, implementation and monitoring and evaluation

FMM West Africa is funded by the European Union and the ECOWAS Commission. It is implemented by the International Organisation for Migration, the International Centre for Migration Policy Development and the International Labour Organisation.
Eligibility Information – Non-governemental organisations (NGOs), economic and social partners, private sector, traders and transporters syndicates, medias, and migrants associations are eligible.
