Applications are now open for the 2024 MTN Uganda Graduate Trainee Programme. MTN Uganda is a subsidiary of MTN Group, a multinational Telco operating in Africa and Middle East, with over 280milllion subscribers, making it the largest in Africa. With more than 19,000 professionals in 22 countries.
The graduate program is an adventure during which you will jump straight into your new role – a real job with fast-tracked career paths where you will be inspired to reach your full potential. You will be introduced to the world of business and given the opportunity to demonstrate your drive and creativity.
You will work with business leaders and other graduates across OPCOs within MTN Group. You will have support of an experienced manager, dedicated mentor and “buddy” who will help you successfully navigate your career.
Requirements
- A University Degree – In any Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Discipline
- A minimum of Second Classs Upper
- Must have completed undergraduate degree between 2021 and 2024
- No experience experience required
- Problem solving mindset, data-driven with an analytical approach to work
- Effective command of English in written and verbal communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance environment
